Hi, I'm Jess!
I am super excited that you have chosen me to tell your story. I am a wife, a boy mom, an animal lover, a rock hunter, an artistic dreamer, a photographer, and a nerf gun war champion! I got into photography because life is short. The ones we love are not around forever and I want to capture the precious moments that someday will be a memory. I, like many others have lost loved ones with very little visuals to remember them by. I want to make it my mission to ensure that we all have a cherished way to remember the one that we love.
So why choose me over other photographers? The truth is I don't want to just take your picture. I want to capture your story! I want the session to be all about you! I want to help you make memories! Years from now I want you to be able to look back on the photos that we captured together and have feelings and emotions and say things like "oh, I remember this day. My kids laughed so hard that little Susie snorted" or something like "this is the day I realized how much my parents love each other, just look at how they look at each other." For me photography is more than just taking your picture, it's creating something valuable that one day will be treasured as time passes
